Some pictures from this past week.....

I think Blake's friends all need to be forewarned when they visit him that Blake has a driving **need** to tear their truck engines out and fiddle with them!

Hilling potatoes

Hey look! Trevor's in the WAPF magazine!

Planting potatoes, they say you can get more planted in a crooked row so Shannah is set to find out! HA!

Steady there, Blake. Not sure what he's doing, but it must take precision for so many guys to have to stand watch.

Kitty making sure Trevor's ok. Trevor LOVES to be parked outside watching everybody.

Sewing as usual. If you can't find Audrey, she's off sewing!

Logan is building a garden shanty out of rough boards and whatever else he's found lying about the place. Pictures to follow about that.

All in a day's work for the youngsters...

I was told by Brock, age 9, that Miles and Clark, ages 2 and 4, were wasting bagfuls of cereal in the yard. The empty bags Brock produced told me that it was pretty extensive, something like 6 pounds.

I, of course, marched out there to tell my little sons a thing or two. I pulled Miles and Clark aside and asked them most soberly why on earth they were dumping cereal in the yard (of all things!) and didn't they know the value of such things, blah, blah, blah....

Miles looks up at me with those huge brown eyes of his and says very innocently with a little quiver to his lip, "We were playing puppy." At that very moment, as if to demonstrate, Clark drops down on all fours and crawls over to a pile of cereal and starts eating it!

I have to admit, I did have to walk a couple paces off for a few moments so they couldn't see my face.

I did the motherly thing and told them not to do it again, but whatever were they thinking???!!!!
