This Sunday afternoon was spent trying to get a good family picture. Here are a couple of pictures to show you a little bit of what it's like to try to get 16 people to get into the right places and to smile at the right time.* Who would have guessed how hard it was for everyone to keep their eyes open at the same exact moment???
*(The look on Clark's face captures the essence of the whole thing.....)

(Trevor really, really wanted to sit by LOGAN and LOGAN only. We tried to persuade him to smile and not to pout. He eventually did cooperate. When looking at the finished pictures later, he was pointing out the ones in which he was smiling.....stinker.)
-Yes, the bridge shot scared Mom REALLY badly**. So, of course, all of the boys had to pretend they were falling off of it.
**("Scared Mom REALLY badly" is an understatement. My protective maternal instinct kicks into OVERDRIVE on bridges. I think it was the story someone told me around 20 years ago about the child who fell off his father's shoulders over the railing into Niagara Falls. I absolutely CANNOT stomach seeing my children stand near a railing (especially overlooking water). To have all 13 of them doing it at once was just TOO much. Sorry....I ruined that one!!!!!!)
